CONTRACT AGREEMENT:

Once a client has decided to begin work on a new idea, a project outline will be decided and agreed upon by both parties. This not only helps to keep projects on track, but also allows flexibility in that we work with our clients to find a plan that suits them best. A price plan is also set that is dependent on both time and complexity.

INITIAL CONCEPT PHASE:

The quickest way to a solution is to fully understand the challenges at hand. Our agency will quickly turn around initial concepts to the client where they will be presented in a design review meeting. This is a great method for the client to begin seeing their idea come to life! In addition, it's a fundamental step in proving concepts as well as being able to list potential challenges at hand. Clients will be able to review the concepts, and at that point decide if the project is worth pursuing or not. Revolution Strategic Consulting does not lock our clients into long term contracts unless specified.

FUNCTIONING CONCEPT PHASE:

Should the project continue down the design path, the quick initial concept will be transformed into a fully working concept. This means that all Engineering calculations have been performed establishing the working parameters of the concept. Moreover, all materials have been specified and sourced and the fully functional concept will be presented to the client through another design review meeting.

PROTOTYPE PHASE:

Once the functioning concept has been approved by the client, the drawings will be sent out to machine shops that specialize in prototype development. Revolution Strategic Consulting works closely with our machine shops to ensure designs match machine operations that reduce costs in production. This allows us to provide reliable quotes to the client for both prototype and production orders to ensure the margins of the product are within an acceptable range.

Clients can also choose at this point whether they would like to have the product made themselves or to have Revolution Strategic Consulting take on the build and manage the orders. If the client wishes to take on the build, all pertinent files, documents and drawings will be supplied.

 TESTING PHASE:

Revolution Strategic Consulting can work with the client to develop a testing plan and schedule. Our agency specifically uses third party testing facilities to perform all testing. This allows for unbiased testing results, which the client will have access to. All testing data will be documented accordingly and finalized in official testing reports supplied by Revolution.

Clients also have the option to test their own products with there own respective testing facilities or third party testing.

Revolution Strategic Consulting stands behind all of our products, striving for complete and accurate testing with all the documentation to back it up. No details are left in question, so you can be assured that your products will be ready for the market!

FINAL PRODUCT:

Once the prototype has been developed and proven, the product is ready to hit the market. At this point, all technical information including but not limited to: manufacturing drawings, CAD models, calculations, design journal, testing reports and lessons learned will be supplied to the client.

Revolution Strategic Consulting's passion for innovation and knowledge will be transferred to the client to ensure that you will become an expert with this product. Our agency also offers technical support to our clients marketing team to help build a solid marketing campaign!

FIELD TRIALS:

Once the product is ready to hit the market, it will under go field trials where the products will be tested in real time operational scenarios. It is absolutely crucial at this point that the lessons learned during these field trials are captured and documented. 

That being said, Revolution Strategic Consulting also offers on-going technical support for field trials. Let us ensure that this crucial data does not get left behind! Any technical product is  a continuous learning venture where products can be further improved and new and innovative ideas can be captured.

PRODUCT LINE SUPPORT:

This optional support can be used for product sustainment, revision control, NCR's, quality control, field investigations, further testing and up-sizing and down-sizing of the product line. Our agency can hold your technical documentation within our secured data-base which will be used for on-going product line support.
